Lime
            Balances soil P.H. helps remove moss and bumps, increases fertilizer availability
 

Overseeding
           A special blend of grasses designed to reduce weeds, insects, moles and watering.  These varieties are the same as many golf courses use. 

Natural Dethaching
        Reduce the layer of dead grass clippings and/or thatch to help your lawn develop. 

Core Aeration
        This will loosen compaction, increase root development, and remove peat sod plugs.  We pull 8-12 plugs per square foot.

 Crabgrass Control (Not Organic)
        If Crabgrass has been a problem this is necessary, otherwise it is not needed.  The price is an Annual Fee.

Broadleaf Control (Not Organic)
       This is an Annual Charge to control dandelions, creeping Charlie, clover, etc.
 

Pruning of Trees and/or Shrubs
       Many times this is neglected.  It is much less expensive to prune Annually than to let it get overgrown, and have to correct extensive problems.
 

Root Zone Feeding
       Deep root feeding of Trees and Shrubs will increase foliage and life expectancy.
